Hunton Andrews Kurth LLP is pleased to announce that labor and employment partner Robert T. Dumbacher has been named to the 2025 class of the prestigious Leadership Atlanta program. Founded in 1969, Leadership Atlanta is a nine-month program that educates participants on top issues in metro Atlanta through retreats, seminars, service projects, tours and more.

The program’s goal is to emphasize corporate citizenship and bring together executives and community leaders to promote the metro’s growth. Participants are selected through a competitive, two-tier selection process that includes an extensive application.

Dumbacher’s practice focuses on representing and advising employers in complex labor relations and employment planning and disputes, including trade secrets/non-compete disputes and wage and hour issues. He believes it is important for employers to think proactively about how to avoid or mitigate the risks of litigation and works closely with clients on those issues. An Atlanta native, Dumbacher is committed to giving back to the local community. He volunteers with the Pro Bono Partnership of Atlanta to support nonprofit organizations that assist Georgia communities.
