IFLR Recognizes Jeremy S. Boczko as a 2022 Americas Rising Star

The awards celebrate the outstanding work being done by the region’s emerging leaders in the law within 32 practice areas, as well as in-house counsel.
Boczko’s practice focuses on assisting clients in the acquisition and litigation of intellectual property rights. He has led countless brand acquisitions, including some of the most iconic brands in the world, manages robust licensing and enforcement programs, helps companies rejuvenate distressed brands, and regularly counsels on internet-related branding issues. His clients reside across the banking and financial services, fashion and retail, entertainment, wine and spirits, online media, professional sports, pharmaceuticals, toys, and computer software industries. Boczko is also called on by clients to create and enforce e-commerce and anti-piracy programs, and is experienced with non-fungible token (NFT) and metaverse trademark and copyright issues.
