Hunton Andrews Kurth LLP represented MFA Financial, Inc. in its public offering of $100 million aggregate principal amount of the company’s 8.875% Senior Notes. This transaction, which closed on January 11, 2024, resulted in the company receiving net proceeds of approximately $97 million.
