Hunton Andrews Kurth LLP is pleased to announce the promotion of three lawyers to counsel. The firm proudly recognizes these talented individuals for their accomplishments and outstanding client service.

Ashley Lewis (Litigation, Houston) has prosecuted and defended a wide variety of cases involving complex disputes in arbitration and federal and Texas state courts, focusing her practice on oil and gas, construction, aviation, and public law issues, among others. She advises clients on litigation avoidance strategies as well as litigation preparedness, and has represented clients in all stages of litigation, including pre-suit matters, discovery, motions practice, and trial. Lewis received her undergraduate degree from Baylor University and her law degree from Southern Methodist University Dedman School of Law, graduating magna cum laude from both.

Joshua Milgrom (Tax and ERISA, New York) advises clients on federal income tax issues related to investment funds, and real estate investment trusts (REITs). He has experience in the representation of investment funds and real estate investment trusts as well as working on federal and international tax issues in capital market offerings, joint ventures, acquisitions, divestitures, and leveraged finance transactions. Milgrom received his undergraduate degree from Cornell University, his graduate and law degrees from the University of Michigan and his masters of law degree from New York University School of Law.

Laura T. Wagner (Litigation, Atlanta) helps clients navigate through complex commercial disputes, focusing on antitrust, class action litigation and business disputes. She strives to find business solutions to brewing disputes before they evolve into litigation, but, if an issue does enter the court system, Wagner guides clients through initial pleadings and motions, multi-phase discovery, settlement negotiations and trial. She has litigated for clients prosecuting and defending commercial cases, financial services litigation, class actions including antitrust actions and technology service contract disputes. Wagner received her undergraduate, graduate and law degrees from the University of Florida, graduating with honors and magna cum laude.
