The purpose of this presentation is to take the attendee through a fully robust executive contract, and then highlight where the design points are for increasing value, discussed from both the employer and executive perspectives. Additionally, this presentation will focus on various pressure points that, if designed correctly, can provide the executive with negotiation power vis-à-vis a purchaser in an M&A transaction (and without being at the expense of the selling shareholders).
