After several high-profile data breaches, corporate cybersecurity is facing increased scrutiny and attention from consumers, the government and the public. One consequence has been increased marketing of and interest in specialized insurance products to protect companies against the financial exposure arising from cybersecurity and data breaches. This seminar will educate companies and their counsel on how to take full advantage of their existing insurance programs and specialized cyber insurance products to effectively and proactively address cyber risks.
This webinar has been approved for 1.0 CLE credit hours in California, Illinois, New York, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania and Tennessee. CLE credit is also available in the following states under the reciprocity rule: Alaska, Arkansas, Colorado, Florida, Hawaii, Maine, Montana, New Jersey, and North Dakota. In order to get CLE credit in the states of Indiana, Louisiana, Nevada, Ohio, Oklahoma and Pennsylvania, each attorney must log-in with their own unique password and username that is tracked to ensure they have participated for at least 60 minutes, as per the guidelines and requirements set forth in the states of Indiana, Louisiana, Nevada, Ohio, Oklahoma and Pennsylvania.
