In this webinar, we will cover the basics of Section 125 cafeteria plans, including a detailed review of the mid-year election change rules. Of immediate interest and concern to plan sponsors, we will also cover the new, expanded flexibility for health care and dependent care FSAs during 2021 and 2022, which was recently provided for under the Consolidated Appropriations Act passed at the end of 2020.
