Lara focuses her practice on commercial real estate transactions.

Lara assist clients with all aspects of real estate acquisitions including, dispositions, development, leasing, and financing of a variety of assets around the US. These assets include multifamily, retail, industrial, office buildings, mixed-use developments and other various types of real estate.

Lara is also active in the areas of ESG and real estate sustainability, including green loans, C-PACE loans and bonds.
