Jaime assists clients in navigating all aspects of complex outsourcing and technology matters, including commercial contracting, information technology, and transactional matters.

As an associate on the global technology, outsourcing and privacy team, Jaime focuses her practice on outsourcing and technology transactions and commercial contracting matters. Jaime assists with the preparation and negotiation of information technology and business processing transactions, as well as the drafting and review of commercial contracts, licensing and technology agreements, and other corporate agreements. Jaime utilizes her detail-oriented and thoughtful approach to represent clients in a fast-paced, constantly evolving industry.

While in law school, Jaime was a member and Lead Articles Editor of the Washington and Lee Law Review, Vice Chair of the Washington and Lee Moot Court Executive Board, and was a Student Caseworker in the Advanced Administrative Litigation (Black Lung) Clinic where she worked to obtain federal “Black Lung” benefits for former coal miners and survivors.

Jaime is passionate about serving her community through pro bono legal service, and her practice includes representing military veterans and families obtaining federal benefits, obtaining protective orders for victims of domestic violence, and working with the Mid-Atlantic Innocence Project in pursuit of justice for those who have been wrongfully accused.
