Real Estate Rockers in Relief is returning for its 10th annual benefit concert, bringing down the house once again at New York City’s famed Irving Plaza on September 13th. This annual event will bring together the most prominent real estate moguls in New York for a night featuring multiple bands and four hours of live music, fun and networking. With over 700 attendees expected, the benefit centers around raising awareness and funds for NECHAMA, an organization rooted in its mission of repairing the world as well as providing comfort and hope to communities by engaging volunteers in disaster recovery work.

Founded in 2012 by Carl Schwartz of Hunton Andrews Kurth LLP and David Lowenfeld of DHL Holdings, Real Estate Rockers in Relief has raised over $500k for NECHAMA since its launch. Since 2017, NECHAMA has invested more than $4M in affected communities from coast to coast, and even as far away as Puerto Rico. The organization has helped 10,000 households due to the efforts of 3,000 volunteers contributing more than 137,000 hours of their time.

This year’s show will feature talent from several renowned real estate companies, including Madison Capital, Taconic Investment Partners, Greystone, L&L Holding Company, ABC Properties, Kushner Companies, JLL, Allegiant Real Estate Capital, Oak Row Equities, Cadence Property Group, DHL Holdings and Chicago Title Insurance Company.
