Many banks across the country have recently announced new stock repurchase programs. Dallas partner Peter G. Weinstock, who represents small and mid-sized financial institutions, comments that people with capital who are comfortable with their asset quality have a once-in-a-generation opportunity to buy stock back at an attractive price.
