Hunton Andrews Kurth Represents Finance of America in Sale of Incenter’s Title Insurance Business

Hunton Andrews Kurth LLP represented Finance of America Companies Inc. (NYSE: FOA) in the sale of its title insurance subsidiaries, Boston National Title and Agent’s National Title, to a wholly owned subsidiary of Essent Group Ltd (NYSE: ESNT).

FOA, a modern retirement solutions platform, provides customers with access to a range of retirement offerings centered on the home, including reverse mortgages and home improvement loans as well as home-sharing services. Hunton Andrews Kurth has advised FOA in numerous mortgage industry acquisition and divestiture transactions.
