Hunton Andrews Kurth LLP is pleased to announce that its structured finance practice posted impressive results in Asset-Backed Alert’s mid-year 2022 league tables. The rankings represent the top-performing legal advisors based on the volume of asset-backed securities (ABS) and mortgage-backed securities (MBS) offerings completed during the first half of 2022.
Hunton Andrews Kurth earned first place among firms representing issuers on U.S. ABS and MBS securitizations. The firm advised issuers on 63 deals with a total issuance value of approximately $32 billion during the first half of 2022; an increase of more than $17 billion from the same period last year.
Hunton Andrews Kurth ranked in second place for the most active underwriters’ counsel for U.S. ABS and MBS securitizations. The firm advised on 65 deals with a total issuance value of more than $39 billion during the first half of 2022; an increase of more than $6 billion from the same period last year.
