Hunton Andrews Kurth Ranked Among Leading Real Estate Law Firms by Commercial Property Executive and Multi-Housing News

Hunton Andrews Kurth LLP is pleased to announce that the firm has been recognized as a 2020 Leading Real Estate Law Firm by Commercial Property Executive and Multi-Housing News.
The list compiles 40 law firms who were closing transactions amid a global pandemic and the complex legal challenges that come with it. Using self-reported data, the Leading Real Estate Law Firms were chosen based on revenue performance, number of lawyers in the practice, practice growth, and the size and value of their deals. All firms featured had “participated in at least one deal valued at more than $1 billion.”
Hunton Andrews Kurth was ranked 14th among the top law firms in the nation and was highlighted for their work with Service Properties Trust in its $2.4 billion acquisition of a net lease service retail portfolio from Spirit MTA REIT, which included 772 service and necessity-based, single-tenant, triple-net leased properties.
