Rachel Hudgins (Litigation, Atlanta) represents policyholders in complex insurance coverage litigation and provides risk transfer advice. She has litigated hundreds of insurance coverage and bad faith claims in state and federal courts across the country and U.S. territories brought under a spectrum of insurance policies issued to individuals, public and private corporations, and government entities. Hudgins received her undergraduate degree from Emory University and her law degree from the University of Georgia School of Law, cum laude.

Reiko Koyama (Litigation, Washington) focuses her practice on complex commercial litigation, class actions, consumer protection issues and cybersecurity incidents. She represents and counsels a wide array of clients in various civil matters involving consumer protection and deceptive trade practices, mass tort, data breaches, labor and employment, and labeling and advertising issues. Koyama received her undergraduate degree from Brown University and her law degree from Georgetown University Law Center, cum laude.

Daniel Stefany (Litigation, Boston) assists clients in every stage of litigation, from pre-litigation risk management through trial and appeal. His practice focuses on products liability and complex commercial litigation, including class action defense, antitrust, toxic torts (including PFAS), consumer protection and mass tort. Stefany received his undergraduate degree from Wake Forest University, summa cum laude, and his law degree from the University of Virginia School of Law, Order of the Coif, and joined the firm after completing clerkships for the Eastern District of Virginia and the United States Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit.
