Mayme Beth F. Donohue (Corporate, Richmond) counsels clients on securities law matters, capital markets transactions, mergers and acquisitions and corporate governance issues. She is also a member of the firm’s blockchain working group and a leader of the firm’s metaverse working group, regularly advising clients on a variety of issues related to digital assets and fintech. Donohue received her undergraduate degree from the University of Virginia and her law degree from the University of Richmond School of Law, magna cum laude.

Douglas L. Dua (Energy and Infrastructure, New York) represents sponsors and investors in renewable and other advanced energy technology deals and asset ownership matters, including development, construction, management, financing, purchase and sale. He primarily focuses his practice on the power generation sector, and more specifically on renewables, energy storage, advanced nuclear energy and other next-generation energy technologies. Dua received his undergraduate degree from Colby College and his law degree from Washington and Lee University School of Law.

Carleton Goss (Corporate, Dallas) advises banks, Fintech companies and other financial institutions, as well as their shareholders and employees, on corporate transactions, regulatory compliance, and investigations and enforcement actions. Goss is an alum of the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency and received his undergraduate degree from Rice University and his law degree from New York University School of Law.

Ashley L. Harper (Bankruptcy and Restructuring, Houston) focuses her practice on out-of-court and bankruptcy court financial restructurings, as well as complex litigation that arises in bankruptcy cases and insolvency matters. She represents debtors, secured lenders, unsecured creditors, indenture trustees, investors, boards of directors and various official and ad hoc committees. Harper received her undergraduate degree from Texas A&M University, cum laude, and her law degree from South Texas College of Law.

Patrick Jamieson (Corporate, New York) advises issuers and underwriters across a range of public and private capital markets transactions, primarily in the power and utilities sector. His experience includes common stock, convertible debt and other equity-linked offerings, preferred and hybrid securities offerings, unsecured and secured debt offerings, including first mortgage bonds, tax-exempt offerings, private placements, liability management transactions and dedicated utility rate securitization transactions. Jamieson received his undergraduate degree from Emory University, summa cum laude, and his masters and law degrees from Duke University.

Michael La Marca (Corporate, New York) focuses his practice on assisting a variety of clients, from multinational companies to startups, with evaluating and managing privacy and cybersecurity risks and policy issues. Much of his work centers around navigating complex privacy and cybersecurity issues on behalf of companies in the financial services industry as well as companies engaged in cutting-edge technologies and information practices, such as biometrics, geolocation tracking and artificial intelligence. La Marca received his undergraduate degree from Colgate University, magna cum laude, and his masters and law degrees from Duke University.

Andrej Micovic (Energy and Infrastructure, Miami) advises sponsors and lenders in project development, public-private partnership and project finance matters across a variety of sectors, including transportation, renewable energy and social infrastructure. He regularly counsels clients on availability and demand-risk transactions and has experience financing projects in the tax-exempt bond,144A/Reg S and private placement markets, as well as through government-funded credit assistance programs such as TIFIA. Micovic received his undergraduate degree from the University of Miami, cum laude, and his law degree from Cornell Law School.

Jason B. Reiner (Capital Finance and Real Estate, Houston) maintains a diverse practice involving all aspects of commercial real estate and finance transactions, including the acquisition and development of office, retail, hotel and industrial projects and various mixed use developments. He advises clients in structuring and negotiating joint venture agreements and development partnerships for real estate development, and related capital funding, financing and asset management matters. Adam H. Solomon (Corporate, New York) counsels clients from various sectors on a wide range of legal issues associated with cybersecurity risk management and global data protection laws. With experience in responding to high-profile cyber incidents, he has advised on cyber-attacks against U.S. critical infrastructure, large-scale data breaches, supply chain attacks, ransomware, cyber extortion events and many others.
