James La Rocca (Labor and Employment, New York) represents employers facing union organizing campaigns and represents their interests in representation cases and unfair labor practice proceedings before the National Labor Relations Board (NLRB). In addition, he negotiates collective-bargaining agreements (CBAs), provides advice and counsel regarding the administration of CBAs and handles labor arbitrations stemming from grievances arising under CBAs on behalf of employers with unionized workforces. La Rocca also maintains an active employment litigation practice and handles an assortment of employment-related disputes on behalf of employers, including cases involving breach of contract, discrimination, harassment, retaliation, unfair competition and wage and hour claims. La Rocca received his undergraduate degree from Cornell University and his law degree from Boston University School of Law.

Tanagorn Thimasarn (Corporate, Bangkok) focuses his practice on corporate finance, regulatory compliance and private M&A. With his broad banking and private M&A experience, he advises international investors and companies on the complex, multi-jurisdictional investment opportunity in Thailand with a focus on the financial services and technology sectors. Thimasarn received his undergraduate degree from Thammasat University and his law degree from the University College London.
