Hunton Andrews Kurth LLP recently advised long-term client Philip Morris International Inc. (PMI) in an SEC-registered shelf offering of €2 billion principal amount of senior notes.
The Euro-denominated offering included €500 million 0.125% notes due 2026, €750 million 0.800% notes due 2031 and €750 million 1.450% notes due 2039.
The Hunton Andrews Kurth team advising PMI was led by partner Susan S. Failla. Other team members included corporate counsel Jane Hopwood and associates Shelby Stanton, Hannah Flint and McKenzie Carson.
