Hunton Andrews Kurth LLP recently advised long-term client Philip Morris International Inc. (PMI) in an SEC-registered shelf offering of €2 billion principal amount of senior notes.

The Euro-denominated offering included €500 million 0.125% notes due 2026, €750 million 0.800% notes due 2031 and €750 million 1.450% notes due 2039.
