Benchmark Litigation Honors Hunton Andrews Kurth at 2022 West Coast Awards

Hunton Andrews Kurth LLP is delighted to have been chosen as Environmental/Natural Resources Firm of the Year for the West Coast at the 2022 Benchmark Litigation US Awards. The Benchmark Litigation annual awards recognize the country’s most distinguished litigators and their firms for their work over the past year. For the East and West coasts, Benchmark Litigation selects a firm of the year.

Hunton Andrews Kurth partner, Shannon S. Broome, was selected as the Environmental Litigator winner for the West Coast. Shannon is the managing partner of the San Francisco office and co-head of the firm’s climate change, and Environmental, Social and Governance practices.  In the awards ceremony held on April 7, 2022, Benchmark Litigation Managing Editor, Michael Rafalowich explained that Hunton Andrews Kurth and Ms. Broome were recognized for casework representing a major oil and gas company defending a plant expansion in Texas and representing trade associations in a case, New Jersey versus EPA, where she secured significant victories.
