This program will explore the third-party due diligence reporting requirements for Residential Mortgage-Backed Securities (RMBS) after the Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act of 2010. Specifically, we will discuss Rule 15Ga-2, first by providing information on background and legal requirements, and, second, by walking through RMBS examples.
