This program will walk through recent legal developments that are important to the retail and consumer products industry. The program will touch on a variety of topics retailers are thinking about, including supply chain and distribution, and how blockchain and the Internet of Things can be used to reduce costs and increase visibility and efficiency. Other topics that will be addressed include developments in consumer protection and privacy, marketing and advertising, labor and employment and antitrust. J.
