Hunton Andrews Kurth Represents Chimera Investment Corporation in Public Offering of Senior Notes

Hunton Andrews Kurth LLP represented Chimera Investment Corporation (NYSE: CIM) in a follow-on offering of $65 million aggregate principal amount of 9.000% Senior Notes due 2029.

Chimera operates as a real estate investment trust in the United States. The company invests directly or has a beneficial interest in a diversified portfolio of mortgage assets, including residential mortgage loans, Non-Agency RMBS, Agency RMBS, Agency CMBS, business purpose and investor loans, and other real estate-related assets.
