Jason J. Kim (Litigation, Los Angeles) joined the firm in 2009. His practice focuses on complex commercial litigation and appellate matters, including class actions, contract disputes, intellectual property claims, unfair competition claims, antitrust claims, securities fraud claims and real estate controversies. Meghan A. Podolny (Litigation, Richmond) joined the firm in 2007.
