Hunton Andrews Kurth LLP recently advised long-term client Philip Morris International Inc. (PMI) in an SEC-registered debt offering of $2.35 billion principal amount of senior notes.
The offering included $650 million 5.250% notes due 2028, $700 million 5.500% notes due 2030 and $1 billion 5.625% notes due 2033.
The Hunton Andrews Kurth team advising PMI was led by partner Susan Failla. Other team members included partner Scott Kimpel, counsel Jane Hopwood and associate Hannah Flint.
