Outsourcing partner Randall Parks talked to the National Law Journal on legal questions raised by the Satyam Computer Service Ltd. scandal, including outsourcing contracting and the effectiveness of U.S. corporate governance laws on foreign companies listed on U.S. stock exchanges.

Parks, who co-chairs the firm's global technology and outsourcing practice, focuses his practice on complex commercial contracting matters, particularly business process and information technology outsourcing, licensing, systems acquisition, development and integration agreements and joint ventures.
