John Eichman is co-head of Hunton & Williams LLP’s business litigation practice. John has 30 years of experience representing banks in investigating and litigating complex insurance claims. He has written several articles and book chapters and spoken frequently at seminars about insurance coverage for banks.

Lon Berk is a partner in Hunton & Williams’ insurance coverage counseling and litigation practice. He has represented clients in insurance disputes in state and federal, trial and appellate courts nationwide and in international arbitrations. He also advises clients on liabilities arising out of emerging technologies.

Brien O’Connor has been an insurance agent for over 30 years with the last 25 years dedicated to insuring financial institutions. His agency insures well over 250 banks nationwide ranging in assets from the smallest bank in the United States to banks with assets over $14 billion. Brien, who has been a certified insurance counselor since 1985, is one of only a few insurance professionals who specialize in financial institution insurance.
