Ted is a commercial litigation attorney who regularly represents clients in complex and high-stakes business disputes across the country.
Named among the Best Lawyers Under 40 by D Magazine and recognized by Best Lawyers® on its annual list of Ones to Watchin America™ for Commercial Litigation, Ted is a go-to senior associate in the firm’s Dallas office and often at the center of litigation matters.
Ted has represented individual and corporate clients in a wide range of commercial disputes, including cases involving breaches of contract, corporate fraud, state securities violations, patent infringement and other intellectual property disputes, theft of confidential data, violations of fiduciary duty, class action and collective action proceedings, bank merger, usury, antitrust, non-competition agreements, and employment claims.
Before joining the firm, Ted served as a federal judicial intern for Magistrate Judge Jeff Kaplan and clerked for Chief Judge Barbara M.G. Lynn of the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Texas. These experiences, working behind the scenes at the courthouse, helped Ted develop many of the skills that now make him an integral member of the firm’s litigation section.
In addition to his day-to-day work, Ted volunteers or serves on committees for the Dallas Bar Association (DBA), the Dallas Association of Young Lawyers (DAYL), Dallas Area Habitat for Humanity, the Dallas Volunteer Attorney Program (DVAP), and other community organizations.
