Noor Ismail

Noor focuses her practice on a broad range of transactional matters, mergers and acquisitions, Exchange Act reporting and general corporate matters.

As an associate on the capital markets team, Noor assists public and private companies with capital markets transactions and advises companies in connection with Exchange Act reporting and corporate governance and compliance matters. Noor also assists clients in mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and other strategic corporate and commercial transactions.
