Jayde also prepares and negotiates separation and release agreements, employment contracts and independent contractor agreements, and non-competition and confidentiality agreements. In addition, Jayde counsels clients regarding labor and employment obligations and representations in connection with mergers and acquisitions, including, but not limited to proper classification of employees (e.g. exempt/non-exempt, employee/independent contractor, etc.).
