Diana represents foreign and domestic financial institutions in their roles as borrowers, lenders, underwriters, issuers, and other market participants in numerous structured finance and securitization transactions.
She has experience with a diverse set of assets, including residential mortgage loans, mortgage servicing rights, advance receivables, HELOCs, and other asset-backed securities.
Diana also maintains an active pro bono practice in a wide array of areas, ranging from work on asylum cases, National Veterans Legal Service Program TSGLI cases to guardianship cases.
Prior to joining the firm, Diana served as a judicial extern for the Honorable Keith L. Phillips of the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of Virginia.

- Represents borrowers and lenders with respect to servicing advance facilities, note issuances, and other securitization transactions.
- Represents master servicers, paying agents and securities administrators in connection with asset securitization and other structured finance facilities.
- Represents issuers and underwriters on mortgage-backed and asset-backed securitizations.
- Represents financial institutions in mortgage warehouse facilities, including repurchase facilities, early buy-out (EBO) and gestation facilities.
- Serves as legal advisor to Ginnie Mae in its government guaranteed multiclass securitization program.
