Diana C. Dominguez

Diana represents foreign and domestic financial institutions in their roles as borrowers, lenders, underwriters, issuers, and other market participants in numerous structured finance and securitization transactions.

She has experience with a diverse set of assets, including residential mortgage loans, mortgage servicing rights, advance receivables, HELOCs, and other asset-backed securities.

Diana also maintains an active pro bono practice in a wide array of areas, ranging from work on asylum cases, National Veterans Legal Service Program TSGLI cases to guardianship cases.

Prior to joining the firm, Diana served as a judicial extern for the Honorable Keith L. Phillips of the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of Virginia.

Relevant Experience

  • Represents borrowers and lenders with respect to servicing advance facilities, note issuances, and other securitization transactions.
  • Represents master servicers, paying agents and securities administrators in connection with asset securitization and other structured finance facilities.
  • Represents issuers and underwriters on mortgage-backed and asset-backed securitizations.
  • Represents financial institutions in mortgage warehouse facilities, including repurchase facilities, early buy-out (EBO) and gestation facilities.
  • Serves as legal advisor to Ginnie Mae in its government guaranteed multiclass securitization program.
