The Corporate Team seeks an associate with one to three years of experience to join its Mergers & Acquisitions practice group. Candidates should have experience in sophisticated public and private merger and acquisition transactions, securities law, private equity transactions and corporate governance matters. The ideal candidate will also have a strong academic record, exceptional analytical and writing skills and be a true team player. This position can be filled in our Dallas, Houston, Miami, New York, Richmond or Washington, D.C. offices. Licensure in the jurisdiction to which a candidate is applying is preferred.
