Years of Experience: The San Francisco office of Hunton Andrews Kurth LLP seeks an attorney to join the Labor & Employment Team as a non-partnership track salaried staff attorney. The successful candidate will handle as part of a team or, in some cases lead, employment litigation matters in state and federal court and arbitration. An attorney in this position will be benefits eligible and will generally have an expected billable hour goal of 1200 hours. Applicants should have at least five years of employment litigation experience in California, including experience taking and defending depositions and handling hearings. Traditional labor and trial or arbitration experience a plus. The successful candidate must have a strong academic record, and exceptional analytical and writing skills.
