We work from initial conception through project completion, including the development and negotiation of power purchase agreements, concession agreements, joint venture, and related project agreements; intergovernmental arrangements that arise in relation to cross-border projects; engineering, procurement, and construction contracts; and operations and maintenance matters.

We seek a Staff Attorney with a minimum of three years of experience to assist the Energy & Infrastructure team in our London office. Experience advising on infrastructure projects that will be financed using project financing techniques is necessary. Experience advising on matters in emerging and frontier markets would be very beneficial. An attorney in this position is not on partnership track, but will be benefits eligible and will generally have an expected billable hour goal of between 1,200 and 1,350 hours with a further targeted 300 business development and client administration hours. A flexible telecommuting arrangement is possible, but an attorney in this position will be expected to be in the office on a regular basis. Some travel will be required.
