Corporate M&A Associate

Years of Experience: The Miami office of Hunton Andrews Kurth LLP seeks an associate to join the Corporate team. Applicants should have at least six+ years of experience in general corporate matters as well as merger and acquisition transactions. The ideal candidate will have a strong academic background, great analytical and writing skills and be able to demonstrate leadership and initiative. Candidates should be interested in developing long-term working relationships with our clients, have the desire to be part of a nationally recognized corporate practice and be a true team player. JD degree required. Florida bar membership or eligibility for admission to Florida bar required. Spanish fluency is a plus.
