Hunton Andrews Kurth LLP is pleased to announce that Kim MacLeod, corporate finance partner in the firm’s Richmond office and chair of the firm’s pro bono leadership committee, has been named among Virginia Lawyers Weekly’s 2024 Influential Women of Law. The award honors women attorneys and judges for their excellent work on behalf of the justice system and for their clients, their commitment to their communities and their service to the profession.

Focusing on the representation of public company and private equity portfolio borrowers in cash-flow and asset-based financings, MacLeod partners with CFOs, treasurers, controllers and in-house counsel on the negotiation and documentation of revolving, bridge and term loan facilities, including acquisition financings, recapitalizations and “going private” transactions. Additionally, she represents residential mortgage servicers and lenders in financing servicing rights.

Honorees will be celebrated at an awards event on February 27. A full list of 2024 honorees can be found here.
