Michael P. Goldman, Richmond, joined the firm in 2007, following graduation from law school. His practice focuses on domestic and cross-border M&A and other strategic transactions for both public and private companies. Jane Hopwood, New York, joined the firm in 2007. Her practice focuses on representation of lenders and borrowers on a wide variety of corporate finance transactions, including securitization and warehouse lending arrangements. Katherine C. Pickens, McLean, joined the firm in 2007, following graduation from law school.
