Businesses are closely watching the Supreme Court case involving DirecTV as it seeks to protect its use of arbitration agreements. The question is whether the court will maintain the status quo or strike down arbitration agreements which could open the door to class-action lawsuits. Labor partner Roland Juarez notes that businesses are likely to see more efforts to rein in arbitration clauses in the near future and that the "fight is going to be more legislative."
