Perry Hicks and Bryon Mulligan Join National Lending Services Practice

NEW YORK — Hunton & Williams LLP announces the addition of partner E. Perry Hicks and counsel Bryon Mulligan to its national lending services practice. Hicks and Mulligan, who practiced together from 2005 to 2011, represent financial institutions in domestic and cross-border secured transactions involving a variety of asset classes, with a core concentration in the financing of private equity, hedge fund, and similar investment vehicle assets as well as energy-related assets.
