Co-chair of the firm’s Labor and Employment Group, Vicente is an accomplished trial lawyer who defends employers in complex employment litigation, as well as helping companies to develop forward-thinking compliance strategies that mitigate employment-related risks while keeping her client’s business goals firmly in mind. Additionally, Vicente serves as co-chair of the firm’s Diversity & Inclusion Committee, which is dedicated to advancing the promotion, retention and advancement of diverse lawyers and staff within the firm and community. Beyond the firm, she dedicates time to advancing diversity and philanthropic causes in the community. Vicente is actively involved in the LA County Bar Association’s Diversity and Inclusion Leadership Committee. She also regularly uses her legal skills to represent clients in pro bono matters. 

Kim focuses on class action defense and other complex commercial litigation in the data breach, financial services and consumer contexts. He has litigated multiple highly publicized data breach class actions, financial services class actions and consumer class actions for a broad spectrum of Fortune 500 companies. Among other things, Kim has served as litigation counsel to one of the largest online services in the world in class actions involving the largest reported data breaches in history. He also serves as litigation counsel to the largest social media company in the world. Additionally, Kim focuses on contract disputes, intellectual property claims, unfair competition claims, antitrust claims, securities fraud claims and real estate controversies. He serves as an editor of the firm’s Retail Industry Blog, to which he regularly contributes.
