The Daily Business Review features Barry Davidson’s fascinating career as a litigator. The publication notes many highlights in Barry’s career including his representation of the estate of Spanish artist Pablo Picasso and representation of several airlines against American Airlines, which led to the construction of a new concourse at Miami International. One of Barry’s most memorable cases involves the burger wars of the 1980s, in which he represented Burger King against McDonald’s Corp in a legal battle over a comparative advertisement. Barry explains why he is still practicing 50 years after first being admitted to the Florida Bar, “I think the best answer is I always have been extremely comfortable in the courtroom.” Barry will celebrate his distinguished career by speaking at the Florida Bar’s 50-year members luncheon on June 15, 2018 in Orlando.
