11th Circ.'s Cappuccitti Ruling Could Undermine CAFA

Commenting on the 11th Circuit's recent Cappuccitti ruling, Michael Mueller, co-head of the firm’s commercial litigation practice, said the ruling created a shock wave because it touches the core of the Class Action Fairness Act. Mueller’s practice focuses on class actions and other complex civil litigation, including pretrial proceedings, trial and appeals.
