For the seventh year in a row, the environmental practice of Hunton & Williams LLP has been designated an Environmental Group of the Year by Law360. This distinction recognizes that the firm’s environmental team continues to be at the center of the most significant national environmental policy debates, regulatory developments and litigation. This past year found the firm before the US Supreme Court, State Supreme Courts and Circuit Courts where environmental team lawyers were involved with several of the most influential environmental decisions of 2016. The team helped shape laws under the Clean Air Act and Clean Water Act on a wide variety of issues including risk management, permitting and federal standards.
