Dr. Jörg Hladjk of the firm's Brussels office advises multinational clients in all industry sectors on a broad range of complex international data protection and data security matters, including European and German state and federal data protection law compliance and related risk assessments. He was recognized as one of the world's leading practitioners by the International Who's Who of Internet, E-Commerce and Data Protection Lawyers 2012.

Sherry Y. Hutter's practice focuses on capital markets and securities, asset securitization, structured finance and related corporate finance transactions. Hutter, of the firm's Richmond office, also has experience working on public finance transactions with an emphasis on tax-exempt financing.

Rachel W. Northup of the firm's Richmond office focuses her practice on representing public and private companies in connection with mergers and acquisitions, securities offerings and corporate and securities laws. Prior to joining Hunton & Williams, she served as a judicial clerk for the Honorable Elizabeth B. Lacy, Supreme Court of Virginia, from 2005 to 2006.
