Citigroup, J.P. Morgan and Morgan Stanley acted as joint book-running managers for the offering. ET is not selling any common units in the offering and will not receive any proceeds from the sale of common units in the offering. The offering closed on December 10, 2021.

Energy Transfer LP is publicly traded on the NYSE (ET) and engages in the operations such as transportation, storage and terminalling, crude oil, NGLs, refined products, and liquid natural gas. ET serves customers in the United States.
