Hunton Andrews Kurth Represents IDB Invest in COP$136,432,800,000 Loan Facility to Alpha Capital S.A.S.

On December 22, 2020, the Inter-American Investment Corporation (“IDB Invest”), acting on behalf of the Inter-American Development Bank (“IDB”), as lender, closed on a COP$136,432,800,000 unsecured loan facility to Alpha Capital S.A.S. (“Alpha”), a Colombian sociedad por acciones simplificada. The proceeds of the loan will be used by Alpha for the origination of sub-loans to small and medium sized enterprises in Colombia.

Mexican legal advice to IDB Invest was provided by Kuri Breña, Sánchez Ugarte y Aznar.
