Hunton Andrews Kurth LLP represented a syndicate of agents, led by BMO Capital Markets Corp. and Scotia Capital (USA) Inc., in connection with the commencement of Hecla Mining Company’s at-the-market offering program (the ATM program), pursuant to which Hecla may offer and sell, through the agents, as sales agents or principals, up to 60,000,000 shares of its common stock. The ATM program commenced on February 18, 2021.

Hecla Mining Company is the largest primary silver producer in the U.S. with operating mines in Alaska and Idaho and is a growing gold producer with an operating mine in Quebec. The Company also has exploration and pre-development properties in eight world-class silver and gold mining districts in the U.S., Canada, and Mexico.
