Hunton Andrews Kurth Announces Formation of Environmental, Social and Governance Team

Hunton Andrews Kurth LLP is pleased to announce the formation of a multidisciplinary Environmental, Social and Governance team, focused on offering strategic counseling to boards, management teams and investors on a broad range of issues and strategies in the ESG space.

The ESG team leverages the firm’s decades of experience in the oil and gas, renewable energy, electric and water utilities, technology, retail, consumer products, manufacturing, real estate and financial services sectors, among others.

The team’s proficiencies include environmental and energy law, government relations, crisis management, corporate governance and board advisory, executive compensation, securities regulation and capital markets, and labor and employment.
