On May 3, 2019, the Inter-American Investment Corporation (IDB Invest) closed on a $15 million revolving loan facility to Negocio Agrícola San Enrique, S.A. de C.V., a sociedad anónima de capital variable organized and existing under the laws of the United Mexican States (NASE).

The proceeds of the loan will be used to fund NASE’s working capital requirements in Mexico.

The U.S. based firm of Hunton Andrews Kurth LLP advised IDB Invest as international counsel. Mexican legal advice to IDB Invest was provided by Sequelis y Asociados, SC. Mexican legal advice to NASE was provided by Phyllis Venegas Lopez and Encinas y Asociados, Abogados.
