Shelly K. Anderson (Capital Finance and Real Estate, Atlanta) focuses her practice on commercial/secured lending, UCC Article 9 matters and other transactional work. When not representing agents and lenders for the firm, she volunteers through the Atlanta Volunteer Lawyers Foundation and serves as a member of the Junior Board of the Atlanta Volunteer Lawyers Foundation. Anderson received her undergraduate degree from Clemson University, graduating summa cum laude, and her law degree from the University of Michigan Law School, graduating magna cum laude, Order of the Coif.

Fawaz A. Bham (Capital Finance and Real Estate, Dallas) focuses his practice on the acquisition, development, leasing and disposition of real estate nationwide, financing real estate assets by representing borrowers and lenders in the origination of commercial mortgage-backed securities and balance sheet loans, implementing private equity investment strategies and advising on organizational structuring and entity formation matters. He serves on the firm’s pro-bono committee and leads several pro-bono initiatives such as launching the innovative Dallas Attorney Volunteer Program’s virtual legal clinic platform and other small business clinics in the Dallas area. He often presents legal education materials to community organizations and advises them on pertinent legal matters facing the Dallas community. Additionally, he was recently named as one of the Dallas Business Journal’s 20 Most Inspiring Leaders of 2020 and devoted more than 400 hours to pro bono work last year alone. Bham received his undergraduate and law degrees from Southern Methodist University, graduating cum laude from both.

Henry “Toby” Long III (Capital Finance and Real Estate, Richmond) focuses his practice on bankruptcy and creditors’ rights, commercial litigation, loan workouts, reorganizations and corporate recovery. He has experience representing corporate debtors, creditors’ committees, secured and unsecured creditors, acquisition entities, DIP lenders, and other parties in interest in formal bankruptcy proceedings nationwide and in out-of-court restructurings. Long received his undergraduate degree from the University of Virginia and his law degree from the University of Louisville’s Louis D. Brandeis School of Law, where he graduated cum laude.

Jason B. Reiner (Capital Finance and Real Estate, Houston) practice involves all aspects of commercial real estate and finance transactions, including the acquisition and development of office, retail, hotel and industrial projects and various mixed use developments. He has additional experience in structuring and negotiating joint venture agreements and development partnerships for real estate development, and related capital funding, financing and asset management matters. Reiner received his undergraduate degree from the University of Texas at Austin and his law degree from the South Texas College of Law, where he graduated magna cum laude.

Callie Anne White (Capital Finance and Real Estate, Dallas) represents owners, lenders and developers in the acquisition, financing, construction, leasing, management and disposition of all property types. In addition to traditional real estate transactions, she has considerable expertise in development, operation, and financing of select and full service hotels, large-scale retail centers, mixed-use ground and leasehold condominiums and affordable housing communities, as well as handling complicated corporate matters for owners and borrowers in connection with the same. In connection with the foregoing, White represents lenders in providing purchase money and construction financing to owners and developers, and has experience conducting due diligence on behalf of institutional lenders in connection with the origination, purchase, sale and refinancing of loan portfolios. White received her undergraduate and law degrees from Texas Tech University.
