Mark W. Connolly (Corporate, Richmond) represents clients in a broad range of alternative investment transactions, including private fund formations, private equity, joint ventures, acquisitions, divestitures and related matters. He regularly advises investment advisers with respect to regulatory compliance matters. He also represents a variety of real estate investment vehicles, including REITs, with respect to fund formations, joint ventures and mergers and acquisitions. Connolly received his undergraduate degree from Brown University and his law degree from William & Mary Law School.

Jennifer Diana Daglio (Corporate, Richmond) focuses her practice on structured finance, securitization and other transactions involving mortgage servicing rights, mortgage loans and non-mortgage loans such as crop loans and student loans. She represents lenders and borrowers in warehouse and repurchase facilities, issuers and initial purchasers in servicing advance facilities and investors in excess servicing spread transactions. Daglio received her undergraduate degree from the University of Richmond and her law degree from the University of Virginia School of Law.

Lee Davis (Corporate, Houston) counsels companies and entrepreneurs, as well as venture capital and private equity investors and their portfolio companies, in connection with corporate and transactional matters, including mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, growth equity and private financing transactions, joint ventures and corporate reorganizations, and general corporate and securities matters. Davis received his undergraduate degree from Texas A&M University and his law degree from the University of Houston Law Center.

Christopher J. Dufek (Litigation, Washington) focuses his practice on complex commercial and class action litigation. He represents clients as both plaintiffs and defendants in disputes concerning antitrust and consumer protection, privacy and cybersecurity, fraud and other torts and contractual disputes. He is experienced with all facets of litigation and has represented clients in numerous industries, including healthcare, retail and consumer products, technology and transportation, among others. Dufek received his undergraduate degree from Yale University and his law degree from Georgetown University Law Center.

Christina C. Edwards (Corporate, Richmond) advises clients on all aspects of outsourcing and technology matters, including commercial contracting agreements, software licensing issues, management of high-volume transactions and supply chain and procurement processes. As a member of the global technology, outsourcing and privacy team, she assists clients with preparing and negotiating information technology and business processing transactions, licensing and technology agreements and a wide variety of commercial contracts. Edwards received her undergraduate degree from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University and her law degree from the University of Richmond School of Law, graduating magna cum laude from both.

Jason Feingertz (Tax & ERISA, New York) represents clients of various industries in tax planning, audit defense and tax litigation. He maintains a general corporate tax practice, advising clients on state, federal and international tax matters. When focusing on state and local tax matters, Feingertz advises clients on multistate income, franchise and sales and use taxes, with an emphasis in California, New York, New Jersey, Texas and Virginia. He also represents clients on unclaimed property matters, federal and state tax information reporting compliance matters and payroll tax matters. Feingertz received his undergraduate degree from the University of Maryland, his law degree from Brooklyn Law School and his LLM in Taxation from New York University School of Law.

Alexandra Hamilton (Administrative Law, Washington) centers her practice on environmental issues across media involving regulation, permitting, compliance, enforcement, litigation and transactional due diligence. She advises clients on the rulemaking process, obtaining and defending federal permits, regulatory compliance and enforcement matters related to water and waste management issues, on-site cleanup matters, and navigating ESG topics. Hamilton received her undergraduate degree from George Washington University and her law degree from the University of Pennsylvania Law School.

Brendan P. Harney (Corporate, New York) represents issuers and underwriters in a range of debt and equity capital markets transactions with a concentration in the energy and utility industries. His experience includes SEC registered debt offerings, Rule 144A/Regulation S debt offerings, utility first mortgage bond offerings, “green” and ESG bond offerings, convertible note offerings, common stock offerings, establishment of “at-the-market” equity programs, equity-linked offerings, liability management transactions, 4(a)(2) private placements and dedicated utility rate securitization transactions to name a few. Harney received his undergraduate degree from Binghamton University, cum laude, and his law degree from Rutgers University School of Law.

Kelsey J. Hope (Litigation, Houston) works closely with clients faced with complex commercial disputes, with an emphasis in the managed care industry. She represents clients as plaintiffs and defendants in federal and state lawsuits, as well as arbitrations involving contractual and extra-contractual disputes, overpayment and fraudulent billing issues. Hope received her undergraduate degree from Rhodes College and her law degree from South Texas College of Law.

Jason J. Kim (Litigation, Los Angeles) focuses his practice on class action defense and other complex commercial litigation in the data breach, financial services and consumer contexts. He has represented clients at trial and on appeal in all manner of business disputes and has litigated multiple highly publicized data breach class actions, financial services class actions and consumer class actions for a broad spectrum of Fortune 500 companies. Kim received his undergraduate degree from New York University and his law degree from Northwestern University School of Law.

Michelle S. Lewis (Tax & ERISA, Washington) concentrates her practice in the areas of health and welfare plans, qualified retirement plans and executive deferred compensation plans. She advises clients on a broad spectrum of employee benefit issues, including qualified, nonqualified and welfare plan compliance, correction and design, the employee benefit aspects of corporate mergers, acquisitions and reorganizations, benefit claims and appeals, addressing various ERISA litigation issues and negotiating employee benefit vendor contracts and HIPAA business associate agreements. Lewis received her undergraduate degree from the University of Colorado, magna cum laude, and her law degree from the University of San Francisco School of Law.
